Manage a service

After you Add a service offering, you can find or access important details about your service, such as your service ID, on the Service record page. You can also define additional settings or adjust existing ones.

Your service ID appears at the top of the Service record page and is a unique value that identifies your offering. This value is not considered sensitive, and Blackbaud customer admins will need it when manually sideloading your service in their environment. This value cannot be changed. If you need to change it for some reason, delete the service and re-register it.

Select Edit, Service to change the name and other key details about your service.

To remove your service, select Delete. This action cannot be undone, so confirm before continuing

To quickly copy Marketplace links to your computer's clipboard, select the Copy links button. You can copy links to your Marketplace listing page and the Leave a review screen.

Build out your Blackbaud Marketplace service listing on the Marketplace tab, including editing service details and adding highlights.
