Cancel Fee Coverage for Transactions

If a donor no longer wishes to cover the amount for future recurring gift payments, you can cancel fee coverage in their recurring gift plan.

To cancel fees in active recurring gift plans:

1. From Contributions, Recurring gift plans, find the plan and select its amount.

2. Select Remove donor cover or Remove amount to Blackbaud.

3. Next, select Remove.
