Recurring Gift Plans On Hold 90 Days
If a recurring gift plan is on hold for more than 90 days, you should contact the donor and attempt to resume their payments or end the plan.

To review and address recurring gift plans on hold more than 90 days from Contributions:

Select Contact donors with recurring gift plans on hold past 90 days under Needs attention.

Select a plan and use the donor's contact information to ask if they'd like to resume payments.

To resume payment processing on the next scheduled payment date, select Edit hold. Next, select Resume.
Tip: To update the donor's payment method, their payment frequency and payment amount, select View plan.

To skip up to ten payments, select Edit hold. Next, select Skip until future date and enter the date to resume payments.

To end the plan when the donor no longer wishes to continue payments, select More actions, Complete.

To end the plan when your organization decides to end the gift, such as when you are unable to contact a donor, select More actions, Terminate.

Tip: To view and manage more details on a recurring gift plan, such as to update payment information or change its end date, select View plan.
