Recurring Gift Plans Ending in 90 Days

When a recurring gift plan is ending in 90 days, you can view the donor's information in the plan and proactively reach out to them about extending the end date.

To view a recurring gift plan ending in 90 days and update it based on the donor's or your organization's needs:

1. From Contributions, Overview, select Contact donors with recurring gift plans that end in 90 days under Needs Attention.

2. Select the gift you would like to view.

3. Review the donor's contact information and reach out to them.

   • If they would like to extend the end date, select Edit end date. Change the date and select Save.

   • If they prefer to end the plan sooner without changing the date, select More actions, Completed. The plan is completed and future payments stop.

   • If you can't get in touch with them and your organization prefers to end the plan, select More actions, Terminated. The plan is terminated and future payments stop.

   • If you or the donor prefers to let the plan end on its current end date, select Dismiss. The plan will no longer display in the list.
