Close a Donation Form

When you want to stop receiving gifts through a specific donation form, close the form instead of deleting it. Closing a form lets you:

• Set a date and time for the form to stop accepting gifts.

• Shows donors a custom message where you can include links to other forms or webpages.

• Avoid broken links or QR codes.

• Continue to view the form's statistics.

Close Form

1. From Online Giving, select Donation form.

2. Locate the form and select it.

3. From Confirmations, select Automatically close form under Closed form message.

4. Select the date and time for the form to close.

5. Enter a friendly message for donors that appears when they visit the form.

   Tip: To guide donors to another options, add a hyperink to another donation form or a page on your website.

6. Save the form.
