Close a Donation Form

If you no longer want donors to use a donation form, you can close a form instead of deleting it. When you close a form, you can:

• Set a date and time for the form to stop accepting gifts.

• Shows donors a custom message where you can include links to other forms or webpages.

• Avoid broken links or QR codes.

• Continue to view the form's statistics.

To close a form:

1. From Online Giving, Donation form, and select the form you want to close.

2. Select Edit form.

3. From Confirmations, select Automatically close form under Closed form message.

4. Select the date and time for the form to close.

5. Enter a friendly message for donors that appears when they visit the form.

   Tip: Add a link to another donation form or to a specific webpage on your website.

6. Save the form.
