Add Mailing Address to Donation Forms

An address field on a donation form helps you collect up-to-date information from donors. To add an address field, create or edit a donation form. For:

  • Optimized Donation Forms, from Optional fields select Mailing address.

  • Standard Donation Forms, address is on the form by default. You can remove it or add it back to the donation form, from Form.

    • To remove it, select Delete from the form view.

    • To add it to the form, select Address from Fields in the Form designer. Move it to a location on the form.
