Performance for Individual Forms

You can view performance information for a specific donation form in Online Giving if you select the form under Recently Accessed or All donation forms. Performance information includes:

• Summary

• Total gifts over time

  View the total amount raised, average gift amount, and total number of gifts received through the donation form over a selected time. You can filter by gift type.

  The gifts display shortly after the donation is processed through the form. Donor cover fees are included in the gift amounts. For more information, see Fee Coverage.

  Changes made to the donation after the initial transaction, such as a refund, are not reflected in the chart.

  For recurring gifts, only the first recurring gift payments are included in the chart. It doesn't include first payments or subsequent payments scheduled in the future.
  

  Tip: Select ... to view the chart in full screen, print it, or export it. You can export it as either an image file, which you can then embed in an application of your choice, or as a csv or Microsoft Excel (XLSX) file to report on data such as amount raised, average amounts, and total donations. If you have multiple forms, you can use the exported files to compare the success of the forms over a given time.

  Tip: Select ... to export the list of referral visits as a csv file or Microsoft Excel (XLSX) file to see page views, number of donations, and percentages for each referral.
