Transactions Eligible for Fee Coverage
Several factors determine whether a transaction qualifies for donor cover or Complete Coverâ„¢. Transaction eligibility is determined by:
-
The type of donation form
-
The type of payment.
-
The amount of the transaction. For Complete Cover, transactions are only eligible if they are less than $3,000.

Note: The amount toward Blackbaud never exceeds the payment amount, so small transactions such as $1 may not be eligible for Complete Cover.
* Transactions less than $3,000
Tip: To help offset fees for ineligible transactions, donor cover may display for Complete Cover-enabled donation forms. The amount toward fees is allocated to the form's default fund unless you specify a separate designation.
