Transactions Eligible for Fee Coverage

Transactions eligible for fee coverage vary for donor cover and Complete Cover™.

Eligible transactions on a Complete Cover–enabled Standard Donation Form are:

  • One-time gifts paid by card, direct debit, or Apple Pay and less than $3,000.

  • Recurring gifts paid by card or direct debit and less than $3,000.

Eligible transactions on a Complete Cover–enabled Optimized Donation Form are:

  • One-time gifts paid by card, direct debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and less than $3,000.

  • Recurring gifts paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and less than $3,000.

Eligible transactions on a donor cover–enabled Standard Donation Form are:

  • One-time gifts paid by card, direct debit, or Apple Pay.

  • Recurring gifts paid by card or direct debit.

Eligible transactions on a donor cover–enabled Optimized Donation Form are:

  • One-time gifts paid by card, direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.

  • Recurring gifts paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Tip: The fee amount is allocated to the form's default designation unless you specify a separate one in Settings in Online Giving.
