Batch Template

If you have Blackbaud CRM, when you receive gifts through Blackbaud Donation Forms, they appear in enhanced revenue batches in your CRM. From Gift connection, under Batch template, select a template that has the following fields:

• Constituent

  Note: To pass constituent information through the connection, don't mark the Constituent field as required in the batch template.

• Amount

• Date

• Revenue type

• Payment method

• Application

• Designation

• Revenue ID

• Card type

• Reference

• Reference number

• Authorization code

• Card number (last four digits)

• Expires on

• Name on card

Tip: If your organization uses the Inbound channel field to track gifts, we recommend you set a default value for Online Giving when you create the batch template.
