Map Reason Codes to Your CRM

Changes to recurring gift plan statuses are tracked as revenue reason codes in your CRM. You must choose which reason codes map to the plan statuses in Online Giving. Recurring gift statuses are:

To map reason codes:

  1. In Online Giving, from Settings, select Preferences.

  2. From Reason codes, select a reason code from your CRM to map to the recurring gift plan statuses.

    • Active for plans that are processing payments.

    • Held for plans with paused payments.

    • Canceled for plans that no longer process payments.

      Note: The Completed status in Contributions is the same as Canceled in your CRM.

    • Terminated for plans that no longer process payments.

  3. Select Save.
