Automatic Debit Settings
For families that have set up automatic debits for tuition and fee payments, the Automatic Debit Settings page allows you to stop automatic payments and stop reattempt payments. You also have the ability to stop future emails from being sent to the family.

From the Families menu, select View All Families.

Use the available filters to find the appropriate family.

Select the Family Name. This opens the Main Family Page.

Open the arrow menu
on the left side of the screen and select Automatic Debit Settings.

Stop Next Payment - This allows you to stop the next automatic payment for the family. To stop payment, select Stop Next Payment, enter in your remarks for the stopped payment, and then select Confirm when finished. Your remarks will appear in the family's notes and requests.

Stop All Payment -This allows you to stop all upcoming automatic payments for a family. To stop payment, select Stop All Payment, enter in your remarks for the stopped payment, and then select Confirm when finished. Your remarks will appear in the family's notes and requests.
Note: Once you stop payment, you will have the ability to restart it as needed.

In some case, when an automatic payment fails, a second automated payment is generated in an attempt to successfully complete the transaction.

Block 18 Days This allows you to add an eighteen day block to all reattempt payments. To block reattempts for eighteen days, select Block 18 Days, enter in your remarks, and then select Confirm. Your remarks will appear in the family's notes and requests.

Block All Reattempt Permanently - This allows you to permanently block all reattempt payments. To block reattempt payments permanently, select Block All Reattempt Permanently, enter in your remarks, and then select Confirm. Your remarks will appear in the family's notes and requests.
Note: Once you block reattempts, you will have the ability to unblock them as needed.

Stop future emails allows you to turn off prior to debit emails for a family. You can also turn these off under Review Follow Up.

To turn off prior debit emails, select Stop Future Emails, enter in your reason, and then select Confirm. Your reason will appear in the family's notes and requests,
Note: Once you stop future emails. you will have the ability to resume them as needed.

If a new debit reminder is available to send, you can send it to the user.
Note: This feature is only available for families who have set up automatic debit payments.

Open the left-side menu using the > icon. Under More Options, select Automatic Debit Settings.

If a revised debit reminder is available, you will see a button labeled Request Revised Debit Reminder Email. Select this button.

Select Ok.
