Review Follow Up
Review Follow Up allows you to edit a family's settings for school late fees, follow up fees, follow up communication, and emails for automatic withdrawal. You can edit these settings for the year or for individual months.
Tip: For information on waiving a School Late Fee or Tuition Management Follow Up Fee, see Manage Late Fees and Bank Fees.

From the Families menu, select View All Families.

Use the available filters to find the appropriate family.

Select the Family Name. This opens the Main Family Page.

Open the arrow menu
on the left side of the page, select More Options, and select Review Follow Up.
From here, you have the following settings available. If you change any of these settings, you will be prompted to enter a Reason for your action before completing the change.

School Late Fees: You can turn on/off late fees charged by your school.

Tuition Management Follow Up Fees: You can turn on/off fees associated with follow up text messages and emails.
Note: If you turn on/off Tuition Management Follow Up Fees, follow up text messages and emails will also be turned on/off.

Follow Up Text: You can turn on/off follow up text messages.

Follow Up Emails: You can turn on/off follow up emails.

Prior to Debit Emails: This allows you to control if a family should receive an email prior to an automatic withdrawal.
Note: Your reason will appear in Notes and Requests. To learn more, see Add a Note.

In the grid, select On to change it to Off for each month you'd like to turn off.
Tip: You can turn off multiple months and/or settings at once.

Select Save Changes.

Enter a reason.

Select Save.
Note: To turn the settings back on, repeat the steps but select Off to change it to On.
