Buy Now Give Now - Dashboard and Reports

The Buy Now Give Now Dashboard provides a quick look at basic statistics and recent transactions. The three main parts of the dashboard are:

• Main Chart- view performance for each day in a specific month and/or for months in a specific year.

• Trending Items- shows the five items that have sold the most in the last week, as well as the remaining quantity. View Full Report opens up Manage Transactions. To learn more about Manage Transactions, see Buy Now Give Now - Manage Transactions.

• Recent Transactions- shows five most recent transactions that have been processed. This includes the type and amount of the transactions. View Full Report opens up Manage Transactions. To learn more about Manage Transactions, see Buy Now Give Now - Manage Transactions.

Tip: Buy Now information will show up in green and Give Now information will show up in blue.

There are Buy Now Give Now remittance reports available under Static Reports. To access these, select Reports then choose Static Reports. They are listed under Bookkeeping. After selecting one to run, you need to set a date range and then it can be exported to Microsoft Excel or PDF.
