Custom Reports
In addition to the reports created for all schools, Tuition Management allows you to create your own custom reports.
Tip: Under Custom Reports at the top of the page, you can select Report Categories to create custom reports or select Saved Reports to run saved reports.

To create a new custom report, under Reports, select Create a New Custom Report.

In Choose A Category To Begin, select the appropriate category.
Note: Hover over a category for a description.

Select the Fields to display in report results.
Note: More options can be included under Additional Fields.

Select Next.

Select the Report Criteria to filter results by.
Note: Only 1 filter can be applied per field. Deselect criteria options to not filter by the field at all.

Enter criteria in the enter filter term field, or choose from the list of options provided and select Ok.
Note: You can select as many options as needed, or scroll to the bottom and select All.

Select Next.

Enter a report name and description.

Select Save.

The custom report is saved.
Additional options appear:

Download the report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

You can also choose Run This Report and then Download.

Schedule Your Report.

Enter an email recipient address.

Choose dates and select Add Date To List.

You also have the option to Add New Repeating Schedule. Choose an option and then select Add Scheduled Dates To List.
