Manage Late Fees and Bank Fees
If a family receives a School late fee or Tuition Management Follow Up Fee, it can be waived if needed.
Each school receives an allotment of waivers to use at their discretion when waiving Tuition Management Follow Up fees. This is generally 10% of the school's active family enrollment. Waiving only the school portion of a late fee does not count toward your allotment. To review the number of Follow Up fees allowed, waived, and remaining for your school, see the Follow Up Waiver Statistics tile on any family's Manage Late Fees And Bank Fees page.
Tip: To manage a family's settings for follow-up and late fees for the year or individual months, see Review Follow Up.
Note: Bank Fees from a failed payment cannot be waived.
