Edit an instance of a custom email alert

1. On the record of the email alert, select the Manage alert definitions tab.
2. Under Instances, select an instance and click Edit. The Add a custom email alert instance screen appears. For information about the items on this screen, see Add Instances of a Custom Email Alert.
3. Edit the information as necessary.
4. Click Save. You return to the email alert record.
