Home
From Home you can view or manage details for your organization. Your access to these details depends on your permissions. Therefore, if you're not an organization admin, you may only see your solutions listed and none of the other details described below, such as Blackbaud contacts.
Note: Organization admins! To access Home, sign in to Blackbaud's website and select Admin from the solution menu on the left. Only admins can access Admin.

To activate a new Blackbaud solution for your organization, you need to unlock a code.
Edit addressTo manage your organization's billing and shipping information, select Edit address. Current addresses appear on the page summary.
Note: Only organization admins can edit addresses.

Blackbaud contactsView your organization's Customer Success Manager and their email address.
Reset passwordsReset passwords for Blackbaud Hosting Services, Blackbaud Merchant Services, and Blackbaud Payment Service or activate a new Blackbaud solution for your organization. For more information, see Reset Passwords.
Billing Under Billing, you can view your primary invoice contact or access Billing FAQs to find answers to common billing, renewals, and subscription questions.
Change organization nameYou can't change an organization's name. For more information, see Update organization name.
