Welcome!

From the Welcome page you can access options to manage your Blackbaud account and view details about your solutions and organizations. The available options depend on your permissions and on the options your organizations select.

Tip: To sign in to a different organization, select your initials from the top-level navigation, select Switch organization and then select the organization. To sign in to a different solution, select it from the solution menu on the left.

• Blackbaud profile — Manage the Blackbaud ID that you use to sign in to Blackbaud solutions and services, your authentication details, personal information, and communication preferences. For details, see Blackbaud Profile.

• Security (admins only) — Manage user access for the organizations associated with your Blackbaud ID.

• Account (admins only) — View details for the organizations associated with your Blackbaud ID. For details, see Home.

• Billing (admins only) — Access billing details for the organizations associated with your Blackbaud ID.

• Training — Access the Blackbaud University digital campus.

• Help & Support — Access your open cases, view Knowledgebase articles, and chat with Support.

• Solutions — View your Blackbaud solutions and details such as whether you have the Premium option. To access a solution, select it from the list.

• Organizations — View the organizations associated with your Blackbaud ID. To access an organization, select it from the list.

Tip: Organization admins! For a one-click, integrated access to all of your important Blackbaud account management capabilities, sign in to Blackbaud's website and select Admin from the solution menu on the left. From Admin, you can manage users, admins, single sign-on (SSO), password resets, and more.
