Send one-off emails
Administrators can send customizable one-off emails to selected groups of users at any time, from select grids like:
- 
                                                        Site, Users, All Users 
- 
                                                        Opportunity, General Applications, Applications 
- 
                                                        Opportunity, Portfolios, Apply-To Applications

                                                    To send one-off emails while viewing a grid:
- 
                                                                Select all intended recipients (maximum of 50). 
- 
                                                                At the bottom of the grid, select Act on Selected, Email Users. 
- 
                                                                Choose your From address. You can select from the default system email address or your own email address. 
- 
                                                                To add a Cc or Bcc email address, select the Add Cc/Bcc Recipients link.

                                                                Create a Subject line and Body message for your email. - 
                                                                        Use the Help button to learn about formatting options 
- 
                                                                        Merge fields are not available in one-off emails

                                                                Select Send Emails. Confirm the emails were sent by checking the Email Log for any of the selected users. 
Tip: If you have more than 50 users to email, copy the subject and body of your email to paste into the next batch of emails.
