Request cycle management

Cycle management preserves historical records and prepares your system for a new round of applications.

  1. Review all the information in this article or watch What is Cycle Management?

  2. Create a new case with Blackbaud Support requesting Cycle Management.

  3. Within three business days, you should receive a response from our Cycle management team (they'll be performing a system assessment). Select Site, Cycle Management Audit to perform a pre-cycle management assessment on your system after you have worked with your Cycle management team.

  4. Make any needed adjustments to your system.

  5. Take 20 minutes to fill out the Cycle Management survey (included in your email). In the survey, you'll schedule a date for your cycle management.

  6. You'll receive an email once cycle management is complete. Don't make any changes in your system until after you receive this email.
