Import & Export Tools
The Remote Identity Import helps you avoid duplicate accounts for references or reviewers.
For more technical documentation, go to Site, Settings, Import & Export Tools, select API Documentation under Export Details at the bottom of the page.
Use the Disbursement Updater Import make sure your system is up to date with info from your student information system (e.g., Ellucian Banner), accounting software, etc.

Use the Opportunity Import to update multiple existing auto-match or apply-to only opportunities at the same time (new dates, updated descriptions, etc.).

To update multiple existing auto-match or apply-to opportunities:

Go to Site, Settings, Import & Export Tools.

Under Opportunity Import CSV, select Export Current Opportunities.

Go to Site, Files, Files to access the report.

Make changes as needed while following these guidelines in the downloaded report:

Don't change the id column, name column, portfolio_id column, or the first row of column headings

Don't insert new columns or rows
-
For text fields, avoid foreign language characters or paragraph breaks

For number fields, avoid currency symbols, decimals, or commas
-
For dates, format as MM/DD/YYYY

Delete all rows that contain renewal opportunities.

Save your updated file in a .CSV UTF-8 format.

Under Opportunity Import Details, select Choose File and select the file from your computer.

Select Update Settings.
Note: Depending on the amount of changes, you may not see your changes for an hour or more.
Note: The user who uploaded the file receives an email with the status if there are any issues.

By going to Site, Settings, Import & Export Tools, you can access several important pieces of information:

Export Token: Used for authenticating API calls. For more technical guidance, select API Documentation at the bottom of the page.

Whitelisted IP Addresses: To limit API access to specific IP addresses (and prevent unauthorized access), add specific IP addresses to this area

Documentation: Get more details about your site's APIs
