View and send queued messages
When you set the delivery timing of a system communication to Upon Approval, emails or banner messages are sent to the User Messages queue. Administrators can distribute or delete messages in this queue.
Go to Site, Communications, User Messages to view the queue. You can search through messages by:

Template Name
-
Communication Type
-
To Address
-
CC & BCC
-
Portfolio Name
-
Created At Date & Time
To distribute queued communications:

Go to Site, Communications, User Messages.

Select one or more messages.

Select Act on Selected, Distribute. This action cannot be undone.
Note:
To remove queued communications:

Go to Site, Communications, User Messages.

Select one or more messages.

Select Act on Selected, Delete. This action cannot be undone.
Note: Don't worry about deleting outdated Award Offer Notification emails. If you revoke an award—meaning move to a non-encumbering category such as Submitted or Declined—your system automatically deletes any related messages in the User Messages queue.
