Publish recipients
A recipient is someone benefiting from a donation (e.g., student, client, etc.).
Publish recipients to make their personal information—hometown, major, etc.—available on related funds.

For a list of recipients ready to be published, go to Stewardship, Dashboard and select Recipients to publish

For a list of all recipients in your system, go to Stewardship, Awards, Recipients. You can identify unpublished recipients by looking for records without a date in the Published column.

Go to Stewardship, Dashboard and select Recipients to publish.

Select one or more records.

At the bottom of the list, select Act on Selection, Publish.

Select Publish.
Note: To remove recipients from the donor portal and future donor reports, select one or more records and then select Act on Selection, Unpublish.
To publish individual recipients:

Go to Stewardship, Dashboard and then select Recipients to publish.

On a specific recipient, select View.

At the top left of the screen, select Publish.
Occasionally, you may want to correct or re-format recipient information.
To edit recipient information:

Go to Stewardship, Dashboard and then select Recipients to publish.

On a specific recipient, select View.

At the top right, select Edit Recipient.

Modify details displayed to donor contacts, then select Update Recipient.

Select Publish.
