Complete Cover™ Overview

Complete Cover is a fee coverage model where Blackbaud pays the fees for eligible transactions up to a total of 3,000 in your home currency. In exchange, we ask the donor to optionally give toward Blackbaud’s service.

With Complete Cover enabled on a form, even if a donor decides not to give extra, processing is free to your organization. Any extra amount given is not tax-deductible.

Availability

Complete Cover is currently supported in:

• Blackbaud Altru (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud CRM (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud eTapestry — On DIY forms and eCart

• Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT — On Registration forms, Standard Donation Forms, and Optimized Donation Forms

Note: SKY Payments API doesn't currently support Complete Cover.

Currently, the default settings for Complete Cover can't be changed.
