Complete Cover™ Overview

Complete Cover is a fee coverage model where Blackbaud pays the fees for eligible transactions under 3,000 in your home currency. In exchange, we ask the donor to optionally give toward Blackbaud’s service.

With Complete Cover enabled on a form, even if a donor decides not to give extra, processing is free to your organization. Any extra amount given is not tax-deductible.

Availability

Complete Cover is currently supported in:

• Blackbaud Altru (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud CRM (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT — On registration forms, Standard Donation Forms, and Optimized Donation Forms

• Blackbaud Luminate Online and TeamRaiser — On donation forms, TeamRaiser registration and donation forms, calender events, and personal fundraising forms

• Blackbaud eTapestry — On DIY forms and eCart

SKY Payments API doesn't currently support Complete Cover.

Note: The default settings for Complete Cover can't be changed.

Tip: To help offset fees for ineligible transactions, in some solutions, donor cover may display for Complete Cover-enabled donation forms.
