Donor Cover Overview

Donor cover is a fee coverage model that gives donors the option to cover processing fees for eligible transactions. When a donor covers fees, 100% of their payment goes directly to your organization. The full amount is tax-deductible.

Donor cover is currently supported in:

• Blackbaud Altru (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud CRM (through Blackbaud Donation Forms) — On Standard Forms and Optimized Forms

• Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT — On registration forms, Standard Donation Forms, and Optimized Donation Forms

• Blackbaud Luminate Online and TeamRaiser — On donation forms, TeamRaiser registration and donation forms, calender events, and personal fundraising forms

• Blackbaud eTapestry — On DIY forms and eCart
