View Savings from Fee Coverage Options
Learn how to see how much your organization has saved on processing fees through fee coverage options.
From the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal
To view the amount saved on transactions processed through your merchant account, from the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, create a list that shows transactions with their associated fee amounts and coverage. You can filter the list by fee coverage type or add fee coverage columns.
Note: Complete Cover doesn’t display the amount the donor gives with their transaction. The amount doesn’t appear in any reporting.
Filter a transaction list by fee coverage type

From Transactions, Transaction lists, select an existing list or build a new one.

Select Filter.

Select Fee coverage and your desired option.
Tip: To filter by transactions that used Complete Cover, select Blackbaud paid.

Select Apply filters.

From Transactions, Transaction lists, select an existing list or build a new one.

Select Columns and then Blackbaud paid fees or Donor covered fees.

Select Apply changes.
Tip: The Transaction totals report displays processing fees for each transaction under the Fees column.
