View Savings from Fee Coverage

You can view the use of fee coverage for Complete Cover and donor cover when a fee coverage option is enabled on registration and donation forms.

When donor cover is used, you can also view the estimated amount saved in transaction fees for your organization.

Note: Fees collected via Complete Cover are not included in these reports.

To view use and fee coverage savings in Report Writer Transaction reports, include these fields from the Fee Cover Options section:

  • Fee Cover Type

  • Fee Paid

To view use and fee coverage savings in Reports Classic, review the Donor-Covered Fees column in the following reports:

  • Sustainer Giving Payment Report

  • Sustainer Giving Summary Report

  • Donation Form Analysis Report

  • Merchant Account Summary Report

  • Settlement Report

  • Settlement Summary Report

Additionally, the Fundraising Dashboard now includes:

  • Donor Fees Collected - The total amount collected via donor cover.

  • Total Funds Raised less Fees Collected - The total raised minus the portion attributable to fees.
