Add R68 Claim Settings Screen

Enter the name of the organisation which corresponds to the charity claim reference number.

Select the charity claims reference number associated with the gifts to claim in a given R68 process. The number will be submitted online to HMRC with the R68 information.

When your organisation is registered or accepted as a charity, the Charity Commission or relevant governing body in Northern Ireland or Scotland issues a unique charity claims reference number. For information about how to configure these reference numbers and select the sites to which each applies, refer to Tax Claim Settings.

In the grid, click Add to add sender information about a user who is authorised to submit R68 information for your organisation. For information, refer to Add R68 Online Submission Sender Screen.
