Manage Exceptions to the Default Paperless Mandates Configuration

Your organisation can add an exception to the default paperless mandates configuration to meet the specific needs for the various sites at your organisation. For example, some sites may select to not use paperless mandates, or some may select to collect revenue sooner after an advance notice letter than the default configuration.

After you add an exception, you can edit or delete it as necessary.
