When you run a paperless mandate instruction process, the process status page appears and displays the number of records that did and did not generate instruction records. You can run the Control Report for the paperless mandate instruction process to view information about the records that generated instruction records successfully. You can view the Control Report from the paperless mandate instruction process status page. You can view a Control Report for the most recent instance of the process or for a previous instance.
You can print a hard copy of the Control Report. To print a report, click Print on the toolbar of the report. You can set up the page format for the print job to determine how the printed report looks. You can also use the report information in another software application or save the report in another file format, such as to share the data with someone who cannot access the program. When you click Export on the toolbar, you can export the information into a shared application, such as Microsoft Excel, or save the report into an easily shared format, such as Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) or a Web archive (*.mhtml).
