From the Gift Aid refresh process status page, you can create a job schedule for a process. When you create a job schedule, you specify the frequency and scheduled time or the program to run the process. To crate a job schedule, click Create job schedule under Tasks. The Create job screen appears.
Note: We recommend you schedule the process to run daily during after-hours, such as overnight.
