1. | From Revenue, click Tax claim breakdown summaryunder Reports. Or, from Analysis, select Revenue reports and then Tax claim breakdown summary. The Tax Claim Breakdown Summary Report screen appears. |
2. | In the Selection field, click the binoculars to search by selection for a revenue application query you defined. The selection is the result set of the query you create and contains components that identify the various criteria defined in the query. Only split designations, events, and memberships associated with the query are included in the report. |
3. | In the Sites field, select the site at your organisation for which you want to view the report. Split designations, events, and memberships associated with the selected site are included in the report. |
4. | Enter the date range to filter the report. |
• | In the Date field, select a date for which to view for which to view tax claim information. |
• | If, in the Date field, you select “Specific date,” in the next field, click the calendar and select the date for which to view tax claim information. The report will display information only for the date you select. |
5. | Click View Report. The program generates and displays the report. |
