Keyboard Shortcuts
On the batch data entry screen, you can use several keyboard shortcuts to quickly perform batch entry tasks. The table below lists the various batch entry tasks and their corresponding keyboard shortcut. The tasks available on the batch entry screen depend on the type of batch.

If your organization integrates with Blackbaud Internet Solutions, you can use keyboard shortcuts to quickly perform batch entry tasks. For more information about the Blackbaud Internet Solutions batch data entry tasks, see Blackbaud Internet Solutions Integration Batch Data Entry Tasks.
If your organization integrates with a Microsoft Exchange server, you can use a keyboard shortcut to quickly view the detail about a downloaded record update. For more information about the Exchange batch data entry tasks, see Microsoft Exchange Integration Batch Data Entry Tasks.
