Charity Vetting Status Report
We provide in-house vetting services for nonprofit organizations. The Charity Vetting Status Report includes information about charities whose vetting has expired or will expire in the future.
From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Admin tools, select Reporting, Standard Reports, Charities, Vetting Status Report.

Please review the following prior to exporting the Charity Vetting Status report. If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Date Filter

The date range filter can be used to view giving and volunteering participation from your community to each charity. It is important to remember that not all charities in this report will have participation in your community, but that will not omit them from this report.

Volunteer data is by Participation Date

Giving data is by Donation Date.

Charity Inclusion within the Report:

If a charity is currently vetted and has a vetting expiration date, it will show in the report

If a charity has ever been vetted, has since expired and has a vetting expiration date, it will show in the report

If a charity has never been vetted and does not have a vetting expiration date, it will not show in the report
Note: If we do not receive expiration dates from a processing partner, those charities will not show within the report until after they expire and are assigned a vetting expiration date in Blackbaud Verified Network.
