Giving Engagement Element

Go to the CSRconnect Admin Portal, Engagements, Manage Engagements.

Select Create New.

Choose Giving Page, then Select.

Enter Details for this EE.

• Title: Maximum 30 characters

• Call to Action: Maximum 45 characters

• When you save the EE, a URL will appear in the Engagement Element URL field.

Upload a Home Page Image and Banner Image.

• Recommended sizes 1024px x 780px. JPG, PNG, or GIF.

• The Home Page Image will appear under Featured if this EE displays on the home page. The Banner Image appears on this EE's page.

• You can elect to reuse the Home Page Image for the Banner Image.

• Select Adjust Image to preview your images and set a focal point. The focal point is the prioritized area when the image needs to be cropped. Select Save Focal Point, then Close.

Enter your EE's Active Date Range and select a Time Zone. Start Date & Time and End Date & Time control when your EE can be visible to employees.

Select Show Goal Progress, then enter a Goal Amount if you would like to set a donation goal for this EE. Determine whether to enable Show Total Raised.

• Show Goal Progress will display a progress tracker. Show Total Raised will also display the exact total raised. If totals are not updating please refresh your page or log in again.

• Recurring payroll pledges are not included in the total raised calculation.

• For segmented communities, the total raised includes values from all communities that have the EE activated within (for the payroll types allowed). If you don't want different segments to see totals that include donors outside their segment, then create unique EEs for each segment.

Select a Displayed Currency to use for all monetary references on the EE, including for the goal. This can't be edited after creating this EE.

Enter an About Section Header and Body Text for the About Section.

Note: If you're working with a Customer Success Manager to add custom HTML from a Blackbaud template, enter it here according to their detailed instructions.

Upload up to 20 photos for this EE's Photo Gallery, if desired.

Tip: We recommend using photos of the same size for best results when viewed from the Photo Gallery.

Enter the URL of a YouTube video, if desired.

Set this EE's Featured Charities.

1. Enter a Charity Section Header. Maximum 30 characters.

2. Determine whether to show a customized list of charities specific to the EE or a list of charities that are Trending in your community.

3. If you choose a Custom list, use the Charity search to find organizations or select Add registration ID list to upload a predetermined list in bulk.

Choose which donation types should be available to donors via this EE. Donation types must be active in the community.

• One time payroll

• Recurring payroll

• Credit card

• Offline donation

• Cause card

Tip: We recommend not selecting Recurring payroll if this EE is a short-term program.

Select Add match program and then choose which matching gift programs should apply to the EE.

Select Save Changes.

• Your EE will publish and expire automatically based on the start and end dates you set. If you want this EE to appear on the home page and in navigation, enable Show On Home for this EE from Manage Engagements.
