Create a Resource Engagement Element

Resource Engagement Elements (EEs) create a page of information, documents, policies or other resources.

Tip: Text fields on this page support custom translations.

1. Go to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Admin tools, Engagements, Engagement Elements.

2. Select Create New.

3. Choose Resource Page, then Select.

4. Enter Details for this EE.

   • Title: Maximum 30 characters

   • Call to Action: Maximum 45 characters

   • When you save the EE, a URL will appear in the Engagement Element URL field.

5. Upload a Home Page Image and Banner Image.

   • Recommended sizes 1024px x 780px. JPG, PNG, or GIF.

   • The Home Page Image will appear under Featured if this EE displays on the home page. The Banner Image appears on this EE's page.

   • You can elect to reuse the Home Page Image for the Banner Image.

   • Select Adjust Image to preview your images and set a focal point. The focal point is the prioritized area when the image needs to be cropped. Select Save Focal Point, then Close.

6. Enter your EE's Active Date Range and select a Time Zone. Start Date & Time and End Date & Time control when your EE can be visible to employees.

7. Enter an About Section Header and Body Text for the About Section.

8. Upload up to 20 photos for this EE's Photo Gallery, if desired.

   Tip: We recommend using photos of the same size for best results when viewed from the Photo Gallery.

9. Enter the URL of a YouTube video, if desired.

10. Select Save Changes. Your EE will publish and expire automatically based on the start and end dates you set.

Tip: Enable the Featured setting to display this EE on the home page and in the community navigation.
