Activate a message for your users. This can be used whenever needed, or it can be permanently activated. This can be configured by an internal admin using YC Admin, Features, Giving.

Keyword Search Promotion Banner

Activate a message to explain the keyword search to your users. The header can be 100 characters, and the body can be 250 characters. This can be configured by an internal admin using CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community Settings, Message Banners.

Sustainable Development Goal Filter

Activate a filter for your users to search for charities aligned with their preferred sustainable development goal. This also activates sustainable development goal information on the charity's page. This can be enabled or disabled by an internal admin using YC Admin, Features, Giving.

Featured Charities

Activate a Featured Charity section for up to 25 charities. This can be configured by an internal admin using YC Admin, Features, Giving.

Popular Charities

This section appears by default and shows the top 25 charities in your community by number of unique donations. These top charities are generated from the last six months of pledges. Choose to deactivate as needed. This can be enabled or disabled by an internal admin using YC Admin, Features, Giving.

Giving Campaign Confirmation Email

Activate a confirmation email message regarding Giving Campaign for your users. This can be configured by an internal admin using YC Admin, Features, Giving Campaign, New Campaign to enter custom text for the donation confirmation email. You can also edit an existing campaign to configure this email text.

Designee Email

Activate the ability for users to send an email when they select to donate 'In honor of' an individual. Users can create a custom subject line and add custom messaging. They can also choose to show the donation amount or keep it hidden. There is no client info or client branding included in the email, and this email is not tracked in reporting.

This can be configured by an internal admin using YC Admin, Manage, Master Give Settings.

If you want to hide the Transparent Giving badge, an admin can configure this using select YC Admin Panel, Manage, Master Give Settings, Donation Badge Settings. Otherwise, these badges are not configurable.

100% Giving

When payroll is active, or if a client covers 100% of credit card fees, we present the user with an interactive information piece. This explains the value of donations made through your community by sharing our commitment to passing 100% of the donation to their organization.

Optimized Giving

When our clients share the credit card fee with their users, we present a badge for optimized giving. This includes info about how the fees are used so the donor understands what is happening with parts of their donation.

The following are text fields can be customized by an admin using CSRconnect Admin Portal, Give Settings, Cart Flow Settings to enter custom text for certain parts of the donation process.

Note: You do not have to customize all of these options. The only options used for the users' community are the ones available based on their donation options.
