Review My Cart - Offline

You can view the following information from My Cart.

  • Donation amount shows the amount you commit to donating. If you have selected recurring payroll donations, this total only shows the amount donated for one pay period.

  • Match Amount appears if you applied a match to your donation. This shows the amount your employer commits to donating. If you have selected recurring payroll match, this total only shows the amount donated for one pay period.

  • Service Fees appear if fees are not covered by your organization. This shows the amount of fees that will be taken out of your donation amount. If your organization covers all service fees, you will not see this line.

  • Impact Total shows the total amount that will reach the organization, minus any applicable fees. This also includes any amount that your employer matches for your donation. If you have selected recurring payroll donations, this total only shows the amount donated for one pay period.

  • Estimated annual total appears if you are making a recurring payroll donation. This shows the total donation amount you and your employer commit to donate to the organization annually, minus any applicable fees, based on your projected pay periods.

  • Estimated annual match total appears if you are making a recurring payroll donation. This shows the total of your employer’s match annually. The estimated match total is based on the requirements of the selected match program.

  1. Select Match details to add or change your match selection.

    Note: You will not see this option if your employer does not use matching or if all match programs have expired.

  2. Select Edit if you want to change your donation details.

  3. Select Delete if you want to remove your donation from the cart.

  4. Select Checkout or Add a Donation.

    • If you select Checkout, you will be directed to checkout.

    • If you select Add a Donation, you can continue browsing and add other donations before completing checkout. To complete your donation later, select your cart.

Note: You cannot add credit card donations that use different processors to the same cart. For example, if you want to create credit card donations to a charity based in India and a charity based in the US, these donations cannot be in your cart at the same time.
