Cart Flow Settings

You can save custom text that appears throughout the donation process. Use these custom text fields to add company-specific context, disclaimers, or reminders. You can manage your cart flow custom text from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Give, Cart Flow.

Note: We recommend keeping each custom text entry to 500 characters or fewer.

Tip: Text fields on this page support custom translations.

Checkout Options

  • Before Confirming Donations in Checkout: This appears before employees check out during credit card/payroll or offline checkout.

  • After Confirming Donations in Checkout: This appears after employees check out during credit card/payroll or offline checkout.

  • Credit Card Explanation During Checkout: This appears under Card Card Information during credit card checkout.

  • Added to Cart Reminder Message: This appears when employees review their cart and have added a credit card/payroll or offline donation to their cart.

Give Type Text

  • Offline/Direct Donation Explanation: This appears under About Offline Donations when employees begin an offline donation.

  • One Time Payroll Donation Explanation: This appears when employees select the Payroll and One Time options when they begin a payroll donation.

  • Recurring Payroll Donation Explanation: This appears when employees select the Payroll and Recurring options when they begin a payroll donation.

  • Credit Card Donation Explanation: This appears when employees select the Credit Card option when they begin a credit card donation.

Payroll Deduction Timing Helper Text

Note: The options customized below only appear in communities that have future-dated payroll enabled.

  • Next Pay Period Helper Text: This appears when employees select Next pay period under When would you like this deduction to start? when they begin a payroll donation.

  • At a Future Date Helper Text: This appears when employees select At a future date under When would you like this deduction to start? when they begin a payroll donation.

  • At a Future Date Button Label: This customizes the At a future date button text under When would you like this deduction to start? when employees begin a payroll donation.
