Search organizations

Use Search Organizations in Give to browse charitable organizations and find the ones you want to support. The page can display company‑configured featured content and tools that help you locate eligible organizations.

Search Organizations can have the following sections:

  • Featured Charities: Your organization defines this list. To configure or remove this section, contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • Eligible Favorites: This section shows the organizations the user marked as favorites. This section cannot be removed.

  • Popular Organizations: This section highlights organizations with the highest total donation amount in your community. To remove this section, contact your Customer Success Manager.

To customize Search Organizations for your community, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Search for an organization

Use Search Organizations to look up a specific organization or browse by criteria.

  1. Open Give, then select Search Organizations.

  2. Enter a search term in Search. You can search by the organization’s legal name, registration ID (charity's official ID), employer identification number (EIN), tax ID, bank identification number (BIN), or government ID.

  3. Apply filters to narrow the results by location, category, donation eligibility, or sustainable development goals (SDGs).

  4. Select Reset Search to clear your filters.

  5. Select Prioritize Headquarters to place organizations near your organization's headquarters at the top of the results.

  6. Select the desired charity to open its charity page.
