Search Organizations

From Search Organizations, your employees can browse charities and search for the organizations they care about.

Search Organizations can have the following sections:

  • Featured Charities: These are company-defined featured organizations. To configure this section or disable it, contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • Eligible Favorites: These are the user's selected favorite organizations. This section cannot be turned off.

  • Popular Organizations: These are the organizations with the highest total donation amount for your community. To disable this section, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Search for an organization

  1. Navigate to Give, Search Organizations.

  2. Use the Search field to look up an organization. You can search by an organization's legal name, registration ID (also referred to as the charity's official ID), employer identification number (EIN), tax ID, bank identification numbers (BIN), or government ID.

  3. You can filter the results by location, category, donation eligibility, or sustainable development goals (SDGs).

  4. Select Prioritize Headquarters to include charities near organizational headquarter locations in the top search results.

  5. Select Reset Search to clear your filters.
