Group admin notifications

As a group admin, you can select which notifications you want to receive. This helps ensure you get the information most relevant to you, without unwanted information.

  1. Go to My Account, then select Communication Settings.

  2. Select Edit next to the desired group.

  3. Under Admin Communication Settings, you can enable or turn off the following emails:

    • Membership Updates Email: Receive a daily digest email with member details when new members join or leave your group

    • Send New Member Welcome Email: Send a custom email when a new member joins your group.

    • New Member Requests Pending: Receive an email with member details when a new member requests to join your group.

  4. Under Member Activity Digest, select how often to receive an email summary of group activity:

    • Never

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

Customize new member welcome email

You can enter custom text to include in the email notification new members receive after joining.

  1. Go to My Account, then select Communication Settings.

  2. Select Edit next to the desired group.

  3. Under Admin Communication Settings, find the Send New Member Welcome Email, then select Edit Email.

  4. Enter your custom text.

  5. Select Save.
