Incentive Management
From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Incentives, Incentive Management, you can issue incentives, revoke incentives, and approve or decline issued incentives.

Select + Filter to filter your issued incentives list.

Select Employee Search to search incentives associated with a certain employee.

Select Charity Search to search incentives associated with a certain organization.

Select Select All to decline or approve all incentives at once.

To create incentives for your organization's volunteer activities, select Issue Incentives.

Select Create job.

Enter a descriptive Job Name.

You can also enter a description for the activity and select the incentive program (if this is part of an existing program) and a rule.

Select the appropriate option for the currency type(s) you want to use for your incentive.

Attach a file for issuing a manual incentive.

Select Create.

You can revoke an incentive that was issued manually for an individual employee.
You can also revoke an incentive that was issued for an individual employee because the employee entered their hours incorrectly, which caused them to earn an incentive.

Select Revoke Incentives.

Select Create job.

Enter a descriptive Job Name.

You can also enter a description for the job.

Select Revoke Redeemed if the incentive has already been redeemed.

Attach a file for revoking an incentive.

Select Create.

For issued incentives, the Incentive Management page displays the incentive title, the registration ID, by whom and when they are redeemed, the amount, the associated program, the rule, the designation, and the status. Select Request Details to view all available information.
You can select Decline or Approve for each pending incentive. To approve or decline incentives in bulk, use the checkboxes to select pending incentives or select Select All.
Tip: You can also approve pending incentives from the Approvals Manager.

Under the event info, users can select the name of the Recorded Participation to view a detailed description of an event or activity for team events. Project details will be available in a later release.
You can see opportunity names, descriptions, rules, and date info (when available) on any opportunities with the Volunteer Rule set. On the Incentive Management, select Request Details on any opportunity with the Volunteer Rule.
