Budgets

Budgets are the second level in a budgeting hierarchy for incentives. They allow you to set limits for incentive programs or a collection of incentive programs. Each budget must be tied to a corporate cap.

They are required in order to set up incentives, and they cut off budgets, programs, or rules. If you archive a budget, all programs within the budget are also ineligible.

Note: You can edit a budget at any time, even after a program or rule is live.

Creating budgets

  1. Navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Budgeting, Manage Budgets.

  2. Select New Budget.

  3. Fill out the fields.

  4. Select Save. Once the budget is active, you are ready to create your first program.
