Manual Renew and Auto Rollover
If your campaign uses renew or rollover, your checkout process will differ from the standard Give checkout flow.
Manual Renew
With manual renew, you can opt to renew and edit the previous year's recurring payroll, one-time payroll, and credit card pledges.

Navigate to the YC Admin.

Select Features, Giving Campaign.

Select New Campaign, or if you have an existing campaign that you want to modify, hover over the hamburger menu in the Options column next to the campaign you want to modify. Select Edit Details.

Under Additional Customizations, select Manual Renew: Show employee the option to manually renew donations from a previous campaign.

Select Save Changes.
After manual renew is enabled, you are notified when you have eligible pledges for renewal. When you renew your pledge, you can edit the amount of your pledge, your privacy preferences, and reapply for a match (if applicable) from the cart page. You must also enter your credit card details again at checkout.
Auto Rollovers
If auto rollovers are enabled, your payroll pledge from the previous year can roll over automatically if you do not take an action during the Giving Campaign.
Warning: Credit card donations cannot roll over. Only recurring pledges are eligible for roll over.

Under Additional Customizations, select Auto Rollover: Show the option to rollover employee donations from a previous campaign. By default, only recurring pledges will be rolled over, but we do allow additional settings below.

Fill out the appropriate auto rollover settings.

Select Save Changes.
