Donation History

The Donation History tab details all your processed donations and matches. You can filter your full Donation History by year and search by charity using the search feature.

Pending match requests

When a match is tied to a recurring pledge, you will see Awaiting Approval for the Match Statuson the Donation History tab on the My Giving page until the match is reviewed. Once a match request is approved, match transactions are automatically created. If a charity has not met its compliances and affirmations, or if the charity has admin review enabled, then its match requests are sent to the Manage Approvals page.

Warning: If the first transaction is ineligible for matching, future transactions do not automatically become eligible. You can’t edit a match once it's tied to a recurring pledge, but you can cancel the pledge from Donation Activity and create a new one instead. If no match was requested during the initial pledge setup, you can’t apply matches to individual transactions later.

Export a summary

1. Select Export Summary to download a summary.

2. Select Campaign or Donation, and then select the year you want to export.

   • Campaign is the total you pledged for the campaign for the selected year. This is tied specifically to the Giving Campaign page.

   • Donation is the total you processed for the selected year. This is tied to both the Give and Giving Campaign pages.
