Customize your privacy policy

Clients can add their own privacy policy if their organization has one that differs from the default. This policy displays in the footer of the login/registration and home pages.

You must have the Can Manage Privacy Policy Design permission enabled for your role. See Manage roles.

  1. Go to CSRconnect Admin Portal.

  2. Select Community Settings.

  3. Select Privacy Policy Design to access the Privacy Policy Page.

  4. You can upload your own privacy policy on this page. Drag-and-drop a file containing the privacy policy or browse to find the file.

  5. Select Save.
