SFTP settings
You can configure as many SFTP settings as needed to manage data feeds with your team. For example, you can deliver the Pledge data feed to one SFTP and the Volunteer and Employee data feeds to another SFTP.
Manage your organization’s SFTP settings from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Report, Data Feeds, Edit SFTP Configurations. If data feeds has not been activated for your community, contact your Customer Success Manager.
To manage your SFTP settings, you must have the Can Access Data Feeds and Can Configure Data Feed SFTP permissions. See Roles and permissions.
