Splash modals
Splash modals appear to employees on the community home page and can celebrate a recent successful event, encourage employees to join a team effort, remind users of a deadline, and more.
Admins can use the Splash Modal Manager to enable, create, and schedule splash modals. You must have the Can manage splash modal permission enabled for your role. See Roles and permissions.
Note: Giving Campaign splash modals will also appear in the Splash Modal Manager. You can design Giving Campaign splash modals from here, and your Customer Success Manager will schedule them when setting up your Giving Campaigns.
From the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Community Settings, Splash Modal Manager. Use the toggle at the top of the page to enable or turn off the splash modal feature.
Note: Splash modals can be segmented.

Note: Enable on Community Home should be turned off for Giving Campaign splash modals
-
-
Select Save Splash.
For splash modals with Enable on Community Home turned on, only one splash modal can be active at a time per segment.
Admins cannot save a new splash modal or restore an archived splash modal if its dates conflict with any other splash modals with the Scheduled or Active status.
Splash modals with the Archived status will not display to users, so they do not count as conflicting modals.
