Volunteer Impact Tracker
The Volunteer Impact tracker is a public reporting tool where you can see data about your community’s volunteer activity.
Depending on its settings, the Volunteer Impact tracker can display the following impact metrics:
-
Total Hours
-
Hours Goal
-
Grants Processed (USD)
-
Grants Processed Goal (USD)
Note: This grants data is tied to the Volunteer Grants feature. This data does not include Incentives.
You can use filters from your HR file to view breakdowns of your community’s volunteer impact data. You can set up to five levels of filters. Level one should be your broadest category, with each subsequent level narrowing down.
For example:
-
Level One filter: Employee Country
-
Level Two filter: Employee State
-
Level Three filter: Employee City
This tracker will not appear in any CSRconnect navigation menus. You and your employees can access the dashboard through a direct link. You can share the direct link as widely as you want, whether you share it with all employees or only share it to a set of relevant staff.
The Volunteer Impact tracker link uses the following format: https://clientname.yourcause.com/home#/newvolunteer/impactreport
