Record Individual Activity

Record Individual Activity (RIA) connects your company volunteer program with personal volunteer efforts. In CSRconnect, employees can record personal volunteer work that isn't part of an event or project.

Use RIA to create a more complete picture of your organization's total volunteer impact and to reward your employees for their individual volunteer efforts.

Set up Record Individual Activity

Use Record Individual Activity Settings to configure RIA settings for your community.

You can also add a custom message to the email employees receive after they record an individual activity.

Record Hours Page

Record Hours is a landing page that displays the individual activity an employee has recorded. To open, select Volunteer, then Record Hours from the navigation.

To record an individual activity, select Get Started.

Tip: You can also select Record New Hours from a charity page.
