Record Individual Activity

Record Individual Activity (RIA) bridges the gap between team volunteer opportunities and personal volunteer efforts. Employees can log their personal volunteer work not associated with events or projects in CSRconnect.

Use RIA to create a more complete picture of your organization's total volunteer impact.

You can also add a custom message to the email employees receive after they log an individual activity.

Record Hours Page

Record Hours is a landing page for individual activity an employee has logged. To open, select Volunteer, then Record Hours from the navigation.

To log an individual activity, select Get Started.

Tip: You can also select Record New Hours from a charity page.
